Buying a Franchise

Buying a franchise is both exciting and rewarding if you receive the right advice. You need to consult with a number of professionals in order to understand and prepare for running a successful franchise. We draw on considerable experience in this area over the last decade. There are many franchises out there and some should be avoided. It is only through diligent searches that you can be comfortable that you have made a sound investment. As a potential franchisee you will be required to sign a number of documents and pay a fee to the franchisor. There will be obligations which include training before you begin operating the Franchise.

We can assist you with:-

  • Reviewing the francise agreement.
  • Conducting title and other searches on the frnachisor
  • Review any associated contract for sale and commercial leases linked to the franchise
  • Inspection of the francise operations manual
  • Finalising documents and negotiations with the franchisor and their solicitors.
